Second Annual Palliative Wound Care Conference June 10-11, 2011 In Cincinnati, Ohio At the historic Hilton Netherlands Hotel Nearly 70 people, with registrants from 9 states, primarily Midwestern, were at this conference. The conference was well-received with excellent feedback. We are planning another conference next year, just a little larger. Information was shared on skin changes at life's end, pain management, maggot therapy, surgical and vascular interventions, support surfaces, legal issues, alternative care and palliative wound care.
